  I don't know what all these bad reviews are about. This place is awesome. Came here with my bf, we thought the food and service was awesome. There was tonnes of food and our waitress, Heather, was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely come back!

  Unfortunately there were many disappointments with my dining experience tonight. Upon sitting down we were not given garlic bread whereas other tables were given it before even ordering drinks. I'm not sure if this is part of your policy, but if it is please ensure all servers are providing consistent service in this regard. Secondly, the caesar salads that we were served had little to no croutons or salad dressing. After I addressed this concern, Jordan (our server) apologized then said just ask for extra next time. I did not want extra, I just want the regular amount. Having to address these concerns multiple times and having to wait for them to be corrected, took a considerable amount of time on the server's part. When I asked to speak with a manager, my server revealed that he was the manager and did not seem to compensate us for any of the issues. In no way was I looking for a full refund, however some type of compensation would have been appreciated. The final concern was having to wait in between three separate transactions because Jordan kept leaving to serve other tables/get drinks, salads, etc. Overall I was not impressed with this evening; yes it did get busier throughout the night, but upon arrival (5:15pm), service was quite slow for the lack of guests that were present in the restaurant. In terms of how these disappointments can be fixed, please ensure that all servers are showing an adequate amount of initiative especially when it comes to the All-You-Can-Eat Soup or Salad and Bread. This is an East Side Mario's staple and I don't think I should have to ask for more bread, having it offered is much better. I don't think I will visit this restaurant again and I will be sure to pass this message along to family, friends, and colleagues.

  Very happy with this location. Great food. Staff was very friendly from the start - hostess and our server were friendly and informative, and the manager even came around to check in and was very friendly. Would recommend.

  Very pleasant experience, from the time I walked in till I left. Ordered the spicy pepper and sausage penne, was very tasty. Heather was our server, she was very nice and pleasant. Always smiling and making sure my experience with my girlfriend was the best it could be. Being a restaurant connoisseur, I ferequent alot of places and would definitely come back.
