  Always gets my drinks wrong... Probably 19/20 times even when I ask them kindly to please make it a certain way (usually the original recipe). The staff are awesome people but hope that more attention is paid to making drinks properly. I work for other Starbucks and all the customers come to me saying they won't go here anymore because their drinks are always wrong. This is frustrating when you pay a certain amount and are in a rush to go to work. I would never give another Starbucks a bad rating because I've been in thier shoes but there is no excuse after so many visits later.

  Went in this morning and ordered a Cold buster tea. Girl proceeded to ask me how to make it and then over charges me. When I inquire as to the large price difference between that store and the four others I frequently that are cheaper she says "they should be charging extra for the lemonade" How is it you know how to charge for a drink you don't even know how to make. Rude staff. Dirty store. Never again.

  Don't do drive through at this location, if they don't like your order or they are just particularly feeling like giving you attitude and being jerks, they will give you stale dried out lemon loaf and stale bread sandwiches. Maybe if you go inside they won't or you can confront them on it right away. The nicer baristas have given me fresh food sometimes, but for the price I believe the quality should say consistent, can't even eat my breakfast this morning.
